Title: Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment Associate
Position Summary: The Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment Associate (IEAA) is responsible for maintaining and collecting activities required for campus-wide assessment, institutional effectiveness, and accreditation. The IEAA maintains and supports institutional effectiveness and assessment platforms (IEAP) to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities: Support the administration of IEAP for assessment, continuous improvement, academic reviews, and accreditation. Ensure continued collection of key course assessment results in the IEAP. Collaborate with Distributed Learning and Academic Affairs to maintain standardized rubrics for key course assessments in the IEAP. Communicate upcoming deadlines to administration and faculty to ensure timely submissions of assessments and plans. Collect and maintain data for institutional accreditation. Update file and document library tracking logs. Prepare approval letters and track Institutional Research Board (IRB) submissions. Provide support for professional development trainings on institutional effectiveness and assessment. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Associates degree from a regionally accredited institution. Two years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with institutional effectiveness, assessment, and rubric software.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Work Characteristics: Strong work ethic, organizational and time-management skills, ability to efficiently orchestrate multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines for time-sensitive projects. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and employers. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook). Must be independent and self-motivated with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex and large data sets.
Pay Rate: 32,600.00 - 39,120.00 annual salary depending on experience
