Dean of Instruction- Academic Education

Dynamic, collaborative and proven individual needed to provide leadership and support to the CCC Academic Education faculty and staff. Academic Education includes transfer programs, general education and developmental coursework. Responsible for maintaining and expanding transfer opportunities and articulations. Knowledge of best practices in instruction, curricular design and assessment essential. Experience with multiple instructional delivery methods and student services beneficial.

ABD required, Doctorate preferred. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of computer applications and use of instructional technology. Must have experience with budgets and be able to work with a diverse staff and faculty in a team environment. Three to five years of progressive responsibility in instruction or administration required. Community college experience preferred.
