Job Summary

Repairs and maintains university roads, sidewalks, and buildings.

Essential Functions

Prepares, pours, forms, and finishes cement projects. Installs, removes, and provides maintenance to doors and door jams. Identifies and removes debris from campus drainage system. Sets up and removes barricades, fences, and other dividers across campus. Prepares, fills, and packs potholes indentified on roads and streets around campus. Repairs and replaces bricks and blocks. May operate a truck or heavy machinery when necessary.
