About the Position

This position will coach a position or assist in coaching a position. Assistant coaches will also assist in game planning, video breakdown and analysis, and recruiting.

Must Haves

  • Experience as a player or coach in football setting

  • Ability to honor and work with all identities and individuals, particularly those who are underrepresented in the country and/or at Lewis & Clark College



Nice to Haves

  • Bachelor's degree

  • College coaching experience



Physical Requirements

  • Moderate amount of lifting of light weight (up to 15 abs.) to medium weight (15 to 35 lbs.), climbing or working in physically tiring work

  • Bend, kneel/squat, twist, climb (stairs), stand, sit, walk, grasp/grip, pinch/squeeze, reach, push/pull, repetitive hand movements, seeing, talking, hearing



Work Schedule

  • Varies based on Football Program needs

  • 10 - 19 hours per week



Pay Rate

  • $13.25 - $15.00 per hour, DOE

  • Not Benefits Eligible
