Buena Vista University has a job opening for a Scheduling
Coordinator at the Siebens Forum Information Desk. This position is
responsible for overseeing daily operations in Event Services under
the direction of the Director. This position schedules internal
events on campus and coordinates information flow to ensure
information is distributed to the appropriate departments and
staff. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office
programs, have the ability to prioritize with strong organizational
skills and be able to communicate verbally and in writing. High
School diploma is required, and one to three years of office
experience is preferred. A background check will be conducted on
the final candidate.
