Position Summary:

Research Animal Resources and Compliance (RARC) is an administrative unit of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Graduate Education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This unit provides campus-wide support for the animal-based research mission of the University. This position manages the office that provides administrative support for the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committees (IACUCs) at UW-Madison. This position also serves as a point of contact for both investigators and oversight agencies.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

-3 years of experience in regulatory expertise in the area of research with animals is required.
-Ability to manage the review and approval process of the committees.
-Supervisory experience is preferred.
