Position Summary:

This position performs administrative support duties in support of unit program. May serve as the primary contact person or customer service representative and subject matter expert for physicians for health and wellness providers, services, or programs with a strong knowledge base supporting program, policies, and procedures. Provides administrative duties in support of unit program goals to providers, services or program by tracking, prioritizing, organizing and completing multiple ongoing clinical, research or academic projects in various stages of progress. Requires Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) knowledge or training.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

- At least three years working as an administrative assistant is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite or equivalent is required.
- Experience with UW e-reimbursement, U-Connect, and Healthlink/EPIC preferred.
- Exceptional customer service experience.
- Personal or professional experiences relevant to effectively and inclusively engaging and building relationships with faculty and staff.
