The Coordinator of Career Services position coordinates and facilitates all career services programming and events within the Rollins College of Business. Responsibilities include:
Career Services Planning, Implementation, and Delivery
Works closely with the Career Services Senior Manager and Staff in the Rollins College of Business to develop, coordinate and deliver career services programming and workshops to Rollins College of Business students. This includes development of programs, recruiting students and employers, developing marketing materials, event planning and delivery, and all other logistical needs related to the delivery of career services programming and workshops. Examples of such programming and workshops include networking events, resume workshops, and mock interviews. This position will also assist the Careers Services area in managing the posting and recruitment of internship and full-time job positions.
Career and Professional Development Coaching
Provides individual and small group career and professional development coaching to students and graduates in all aspects of their job search including job search strategies, personal marketing, interview skills and resume writing for preparedness in seeking internships and positions related to their area of study.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent communications skills, organizational skills, and event coordination skills, and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of career development and career training

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree (prior to the start date) and a minimum of two years of professional experience working with students or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications : Previous experience working in career services, human resource recruitment, or higher education advising and training
