Purpose of Position
Reporting to the VP of Enrollment and Degree Management, this
position will create business-focused reporting and analytics
solutions that enable informed, strategic, data-driven decision
making across all departments, particularly with a focus on online
education programs. Works closely with the IT Reporting and
Analytics group and online education department. Responsible for
various activities including the collection, analysis, and
reporting of University data. Organizes, develops, and delivers
ad-hoc queries and reports to University stakeholders.
Collect, organize, summarize, and analyze data from a variety of
Design, develop and implement interactive reports and analysis to
Utilize data visualization techniques to track key performance
Provide benchmarking and assessment outcomes of strategic
Perform basic statistical analyses.
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years related experience
Microsoft Office (advanced skills in Excel, Access and/or SQL
preferred), ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle
multiple priorities, excellent oral and written communication
skills, ability to interact with individuals at all levels and work
as a team, strong initiative and end-user oriented.
