Purpose of Position

Reporting to the VP of Enrollment and Degree Management, this position will create business-focused reporting and analytics solutions that enable informed, strategic, data-driven decision making across all departments, particularly with a focus on online education programs. Works closely with the IT Reporting and Analytics group and online education department. Responsible for various activities including the collection, analysis, and reporting of University data. Organizes, develops, and delivers ad-hoc queries and reports to University stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

Collect, organize, summarize, and analyze data from a variety of sources.
Design, develop and implement interactive reports and analysis to provide insights.
Utilize data visualization techniques to track key performance indicators.
Provide benchmarking and assessment outcomes of strategic initiatives.
Perform basic statistical analyses.
Present/disseminate findings


Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years related experience required.

Microsoft Office (advanced skills in Excel, Access and/or SQL preferred), ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with individuals at all levels and work as a team, strong initiative and end-user oriented.
