Job Summary
Performs a variety of routine clerical and administrative tasks common to an office, involving university-wide policies, procedures, and systems for one or more areas including, but not limited to: financial, human resources, property, student affairs, mail, clerical, personal computer operations, box office support, and/or other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities will also include work with the Theatre Box Office and management of the department’s ticketing system. Some job duties may require working outside of traditional office hours.
Essential Functions
Basic knowledge of standard office functions, excellent written and verbal communication, exceptional customer service abilities.

Desired Qualifications
Desired qualifications include the ability to work under supervision, in a team, as well as independently; efficiency in handling digital and actual paperwork; previous receptionist and event scheduling experience, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Docs, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and all of the attributes of Self-Service Banner in AU Access.
