    Department Summary
    The University of Oregon Intercollegiate Athletic Department's primary purpose is to provide a unique opportunity for student-athletes to be developed, tested, and encouraged to reach their maximum potential in every aspect of their lives.     Position Summary
    The Senior Creative Content Designer will develop creative content concepts and designs for all media platforms for the Oregon football program. This position will develop strategy, messaging, and vision for the program, and will be responsible for the planning, execution, and post-production of all digital and print content.

    The incumbent exercises independent, professional judgment beyond proscribed routine policies and procedures to carry out the athletic department and football program's mission to recruit and retain student-athletes for the University of Oregon. The independent decisions made by the incumbent may commit this program to a specific course of action, and carry fiduciary responsibility and accountability for recruiting and external relations.

    This position is part of a management team that determines the success of both the football program on-field and the student-athlete as an individual. The incumbent is responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University, the Pac-12 Conference, and the NCAA.

    Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • One year of experience working in college or professional athletics

    Professional Competencies
  • Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects
  • Knowledge of football program function and recruiting

    Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience with social media platforms
  • Two years experience working in college or professional football
  • Experience with Photography, Video Capture and Editing
