Reporting to the Associate Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, the Director of Student Success and Engagement will provide leadership, direction and development for student affairs for USC Salkehatchie with two campuses located in Allendale and Walterboro SC. Functional areas include Student Life, Alumni activities, Counseling and Disabilities Services, Retention and Student Support Services, and Academic Advising. Will serve as the campus’s Title IX Officer, liaison for off-campus student housing, coordinating the Student Care and Outreach Team, and coordinate and teach University 101. (after completing required training)

Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in Student Services or related field and 3 years related experience, or bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience. Ability to develop and foster good relationships with both internal campus stakeholders as well as external audiences such as local, state, and national agencies.
