1. Responsible for course creation, admission, and enrollment for teacher professional development courses, contract programs, Greater KC Writing Project programming, Entrepreneurial, Limited Cost, and Cohort programs.
2. Creates instructor profiles in Banner and provides university credentials to professional development and entrepreneurial instructors of record.
3. Works closely with the Coordinator of Business and Fiscal Operations on invoicing, payments, instructor salaries for Entrepreneurial, Cohort, and Contract courses.
4. Liaison between K-12 school districts, external training companies, UCM faculty and offices to build, schedule and promote programming opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Computer Skills Word-Processing, Spreadsheet Experience

1. Customer service experience – Min of 5 years Required and/or
2. Experience with student info SIS systems, ERP . Experience with Ellucian preferred.
3. Experience working in Higher Ed – 2 years preferred.
