Elon University is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions. The Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions is responsible for working with the graduate admission/program staff in all aspects of the marketing, recruitment and admissions process for Elon’s eight campus-based graduate programs. This individual will also serve as the primary liaison with the School of Communications’ Master of Arts in Interactive Media program. Master’s degree required, preferably in a related field such as a graduate degree in Communications, Higher Education Administration and/or Marketing; four to six years professional experience highly recommended, related experience in admissions, marketing and social media. Special skills include strong writing skills, comfort with public speaking, sterling organizational and project management abilities, ability to multi-task with detail, work in a team setting, strong self-directed drive, a proven track record of developing strategies to meet ambitious enrollment goals.  Four to six years professional experience recommended, preferably in marketing/advertising and/or recruitment. The successful candidate will have public speaking and networking comfort, Digital Marketing Analytics, Social Media Design and Management, Interpersonal and Counseling.
