Academic Pediatric Medical Psychologist

The Division of Pediatric Psychiatry and Behavioral Health in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Utah School of Medicine has an immediate opening for an Academic Pediatric Medical Psychologist. The Academic Pediatric Psychologist will advance research efforts and provide clinical care to medically ill children and adolescents, with a specific emphasis on the psychological care of youth with differences in sex development (DSD).  The psychologist will be part of the Division of Pediatric Psychiatry and Behavioral Health in the Department of Pediatrics, University of Utah and Primary Children’s Hospital.

Qualified candidates must have a doctoral degree (PsyD/PhD) from an accredited program; and must possess experience in the care of medically ill children and adolescents, specifically youth with DSD, and research experience related to medically ill children and adolescents.  The selected candidate will receive a faculty appointment in the Department of Pediatrics on the Clinical or Tenure track at the academic level commensurate with experience and qualifications.
