Pratt is searching for a Director of Admissions Events, Operations and Diversity Recruitment who will ensure Pratt attracts and retains talented students from diverse backgrounds and helps oversee Pratt's admissions operations budget. If you can plan and deliver high quality admissions events and have a commitment to diversity, have experience handling a multi-million-dollar budget and implementing targeted marketing communications, then we want to hear from you!

Key Essential Duties include the following:

• Responsible for planning, marketing and execution of Pratt's admissions recruitment events on and off- campus, both in person and virtually
• Required to participate with academic departments in a number of committees and community forums to assist in the planning of admissions and portfolio events
• Manage admissions budget and expenses in conjunction with the AVP for Enrollment
• Related duties, as necessary
