Position Summary:

Responsible for a variety of professional level work across a variety of administrative service areas for University Veteran Services, including budget and human resources. The Administrative Specialist serves as a School Certifying Official (SCO) and supports all functions related to veteran educational benefits.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is the preferred minimum.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience working with complex systems, software, and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with the military and/or veterans.
- VA School Certifying Official prior experience.
- Experience working in higher education.
