Assistant/Associate/Full Professor - Nephrology (73735)
The University of Florida seeks to fill one Assistant/Associate/Full Professor position in the Division of Nephrology, Hypertension, and Renal Transplantation. The applicant will be expected to cover clinical service, and teach fellows. For the clinical education side the applicant must have a strong interest in general clinical Nephrology and teaching. An active role with medical student, resident, and fellow education is anticipated.
The clinical duties will include providing Nephrologic care in the Inpatient setting. This position can cover inpatient service at Shands UF, inpatient service at the VA Medical Center, Select Specialty Hospital, as well as covering the Internal Medicine Teaching service of Shands Hospital. Rank and tenure status will be commensurate with qualifications.
Applicants must have a MD degree and be board certified or board eligible in Nephrology.
