Job Summary
Oversee infrastructure design/installations to maintain University IT Standards and BICSI Standards to highest level. Responsible for planning and programming new or renovated spaces on campus to ensure that each University functional area is state-of-the-art,

Responsibilities
  • Perform related duties as assigned to support the mission of the University
  • Create detailed design of new Information Technology systems and/or integrate design into an existing structures, including design of pathways, spaces, fiber and copper based distribution systems, and wireless-based systems
  • Plan and program new and renovated spaces on campus
  • Manage and modify infrastructure design and installation following University IT Standards and BICSI Standards
  • Manage and sign off on IT/Low Voltage design, specification and installation

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent vocation/technical training

Required Experience
  • Five (5) years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • BICSI RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer)

Preferred Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree

Proposed Salary
$62,100 - $67,863
