Provides leadership and support of a very large and complex colleges Undergraduate Student Success Initiative operating on multiple campuses. Directs undergraduate enrollment management. Works with leadership in strategic planning and implementation of curriculum development and instruction.
- Directs, implements and evaluates undergraduate academic advising activities and initiatives of a very large complex college operating on multiple campuses.
- Works with leadership in strategic planning and implementation of curriculum development, instruction, catalog updates, transfer processing, and student success plans of a very large complex college operating on multiple campuses.
- Serves as primary resource for faculty and staff advisors regarding curriculum development, policies, procedure, and implementation of student success measures.
- Creates, maintains and delivers data related to student cohorts and provides student enrollment trends and program needs of a very large complex college operating on multiple campuses.
- Acts as liaison with the UH Office of Admissions and Office of Admissions for component campuses.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
Masters and 5 years experience
Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related Master's Degree from a college or university.Requires a minimum of five (5) years of directly job-related experience.
