The Department of Management & Business Administration at

tenure-track position in Management at the rank of Assistant
Professor, to begin in August 2021.
The Department is one of three departments in Southeastern's
AACSB-accredited College of Business. With more than 2,000
undergraduate and graduate students, and approximately 50 faculty,
the College offers six undergraduate majors and an MBA
degree.
Duties include teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in
Management, engaging in research and publishing activity necessary
to establish and maintain AACSB qualifications, and service to the
department, college, and university. Salary will be commensurate
with experience and qualifications.
Qualified candidates will have completed an earned doctorate in
Management or closely related field from an AACSB-accredited
university by appointment date (August 10, 2021). While all areas
of Management will be considered, special interest will be given to
candidates qualified and interested in the field of Human Resource
Management. Successful teaching experience and an established or
demonstrated potential for an active research program are
desired.
Interested applicants must complete and submit an online
application.
Additional required materials include a cover letter, vita, names
and contact information for three references, and copies of all
academic transcripts. (Unofficial copies are sufficient, but
official copies will be required upon hiring.)
