The College is recruiting for a part-time position as an adjunct instructor in its Recreation and Leisure program to teach Therapeutic Recreation.

MVCC is looking for exceptional colleagues. We seek candidates with: an understanding of the college mission and teaching experience in a comprehensive community college; a focus on student success in a learner-centered environment; and a willingness to use technology to support learning in the academic setting, including on-line instruction and assessment of student learning outcomes.

The position requires the ability to teach on the Utica campus Tuesday evenings during the fall semester. Additional courses will be available in subsequent semester as enrollment dictates.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and relevant experience.
