Under the direction of the Managing Assistant Director for Data Reporting and Analysis, the Records Specialist (Professional Services Specialist IV) is responsible for inputting, collecting and compiling enrollment data and assists the Managing Assistant Director with system development projects, reporting, system integrations and the maintenance of data integrity. The Records Specialist is responsible for performing basic professional functions using established policies, procedures and guidelines; and does related work as required. This position requires travel and a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
This is not a remote position and requires physical presence on campus as determined by the Supervisor. It requires working on campus during the COVID-19 pandemic and interacting directly with students following all procedures and protocols set forth in the University’s Restart Plan and any procedures/protocols created through additional correspondence. The employee must have the ability to wear a face covering for the duration of the workday during the COVID pandemic or as determined by university protocol.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor’s degree and one year of professional experience with systems, programming or data reporting is required. Professional experience in a college/university registrar’s office and knowledge of Colleague and other software is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
