SALARY: $25.00 Per Hour

DEPARTMENT: Financial Aid
REPORTS TO: Director, Financial Aid
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
5. Stays current on State and Federal financial aid programs by participating in ongoing professional development sessions.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Verifiable work experience in financial aid
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience working in Colleague
• Previous experience working in a busy academic environment
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION:
SCHEDULE: Up to 20 hours per week
Monday - Friday (Fall and Spring Semester)
Monday - Thursday (Summer Semester)
Evening/weekend hours as needed

- Organizes the Federal Work Study program.
- Assists in determining eligibility for the CCOG program, awards, and acts as a point of contact.
- Performs financial aid advising and data/income verification and discusses eligibility requirements with students and staff.
- Conducts FAFSA workshops, presentations, and other College and community events.
