This position provides undergraduate student recruiting and develops, coordinates and delivers cocurricular programs and initiatives for students in the Rollins College of Business. Responsibilities include:

Student Recruitment
Coordinates with the Decosimo Success Center and Office of Undergraduate Admissions to recruit undergraduate students to the Rollins College of Business; develops and implements an undergraduate student recruiting plan for the Rollins College of Business that also includes plans to recruit underrepresented and minority students; develops relationships with area high schools and community colleges to recruit students to the Rollins College of Business; attends recruiting events to recruit students to the Rollins College of Business; participates in Rollins College of Business and UTC summer recruiting programs.

Cocurricular Student Programs and Workshops
Develops, coordinates, and delivers cocurricular programs and workshops to all students in the Rollins College of Business based on the direction and guidance of the Director of the Decosimo Success Center; based on the direction and guidance of the Director of the Decosimo Success Center, develops, coordinates, and delivers more targeted cocurricular programs and workshops that increase sense of belongingness, persistence, and retention for specific student groups such as specific majors, first generation students, minority students, and other underrepresented business students within the Rollins College of Business; additional responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the Director of the Decosimo Success Center.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Minimum Qualifications : A Bachelor's degree (earned prior to the start date); two years of professional experience working with students or equivalent experience.
Occasional weekends, evening, and overnight travel is required.

Preferred Qualifications : Experience with admissions and/or recruitment (or equivalent)
