Job Summary
This position is located at Hope Place Family Resource Center in Brewton, AL a satellite office of the Escambia County Extension Office. This is a one-year limited term position. Continued employment is based on the continuation of extramural funding and is subject to renewal on an annual basis. *
The Administrator, Outreach Programs position will be responsible for coordinating and managing the HOPE PLACE Family Resource Center programming, grant and contracts to sustain HOPE PLACE, human resource management, and accountability to Auburn University through ACES and to sponsors.
Essential Functions
Manages all grants and funding including financial management through Banner with the partnership of ACES Accounting, Auburn Contracts and Grants Accounting division and the cooperation of the Office of Sponsored Programs Auburn University.
Writes all grants to secure total funding for the operation and management of HOPE PLACE Family Resource Center.
Provides timely grant reporting including establishing appropriate linkage within the ACES reporting system to report activities, participation & impacts.
Collaborates with community and state partnering agencies to accomplish goals and serve target populations as stipulated.
Collaboration with Escambia CEC and ACES administration to develop the appropriate organizational structure for Hope Place to include an advisory committee.
Serve as representative from HOPE PLACE to Alabama Network of Family Resource Centers ( ANFRC ).
Maintains relationships with funding Sources.
Responsible for maintaining standards as a Family Resource Center.
Provides training, planning and organization of program design to meet grant requirements and community need.
Facilitation of program and project needs. Direct programs to attain individual grant goals and objectives within programming. Collaborates with the Escambia County Extension Coordinator to integrate Hope Place programs into the Escambia County plan-of-work.
Manages personnel scheduling and responsibility in order to provide optimum services and education for participants. Facilitates all HR responsibilities at local level including hiring, processing, and evaluations. Collaborate with the Escambia County Extension Coordinator to develop a flexible staffing plan for Hope Place supported exclusively by extramural funding.

Salary Range: $35,000 – $58,400
Level III – Bachelor’s degree in discipline appropriate to position plus 4 years experience
Salary Range: $45,100 – $75,100
