Philosophy: Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor to teach Ethics and Environmental Philosophy starting August 2021. The successful candidate will teach a full load of undergraduate courses. AOS: Ethics. Candidate should demonstrate ability to teach the following undergraduate courses: Introduction to Ethics, Contemporary Moral Problems, Medical Ethics. The department is pluralist and emphasizes the history of philosophy and the teaching of primary texts.

Required: Ph.D. in Philosophy by date of appointment for appointment as Visiting Assistant Professor; ABD in Philosophy for appointment as Instructor; applicants must have prior teaching experience. This position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.

Consideration may be given to candidates with the ability to teach Environmental Philosophy, can demonstrate a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching.
