Clinical Assistant Professor of Economics

Department of Economics, Finance and Quantitative Analysis

 

Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a nine-month, non-tenure track Clinical Assistant Professor of Economics faculty position, beginning August 1, 2021.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping the Education Economics Center director and Center-affiliated faculty assemble and analyze education data
  • Producing quality education policy research as well as publishing in quality academic journals, and presenting that work in appropriate venues
  • Teaching statistics courses at the undergraduate level at a highly effective level
  • The qualified applicant should also have a strong interest and passion for working with the Education Economics Center

 

An earned Doctorate, or the foreign equivalent, in Economics, Education Policy, Public Policy, Data Science, or a related discipline is required.

 

A record of publication in peer reviewed academic journals and/or significant experience assembling and analyzing large data sets is preferred.
