The Criminal Justice & Criminology program in the School of Public Services at the University of Central Missouri ( UCM ) is accepting applications by qualified individuals to enter an adjunct Criminal Justice & Criminology instructor pool for fall 2019 and/or spring 2020 to teach face-to-face class at the Warrensburg campus. Possible teaching assignments include: Crime Justice and Social Diversity, Criminological Theory, Criminal Justice Ethics. Required for office hours each week, 1.25 weekly per course.
Education & Formal Training Master's degree (Specify field(s) of study below) Other Education & Formal Training
Master’s degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology or JD
Computer Skills Presentation, Class Management Software Experience
At least five years agency experience. Previous teaching experience of adult learners and a commitment to teaching excellence are required. Teaching loads may vary from three to nine credit hours per semester.
Excellent collaborative skills; Experience with a Learning Management System preferred.
