This position exists primarily to oversee all aspects of the undergraduate domestic admissions office including admissions processing, recruitment, communication, yield activities, visit program, and new student orientation.

Education & Formal Training Master's degree (Specify field(s) of study below) Other Education & Formal Training

Master’s degree required in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs or related field.

Computer Skills Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation Experience

1. Five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in undergraduate admissions with a proven track record of success in meeting enrollment goals.
2. Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of admissions programs/enrollment management concepts utilized to attract new students.
4. Proven track record in student conversion from prospect to matriculation through the use of innovative and strategic approaches towards recruitment.
5. Extensive experience in admissions operations/systems.
6. Prior budgetary oversight required.
7. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and extended days with a very fluid and changing environment.

Preferred Experience:

1. Demonstrated track record of transformational leadership which is both inclusive and collaborative.
2. Highly proficient to expert level competence in Ellucian Banner ERP and Technolutions Slate CRM .
3. Proficiency and understanding of statistical data analytics as applied to mathematical applications within recruitment and enrollment management.
4. Successful Administration and oversight of large complex budgets.
5. Understanding with enrollment management related technology and how that connects to recruitment of prospective students.

Current knowledge of admission standards, policies and procedures.
Public speaking skills, including the ability to develop and motivate groups.
