Working Title: Associate Director of UW Oshkosh Counseling Center Official Title: Associate Director, Counseling Services (M) Employment Class: Non-Instructional Academic Staff FTE: 1.0 Compensation: $70,000 FLSA Status: Exempt Terms of Employment: 12-month, Annual, Fixed-term Renewable Position Summary: Assists the Director of the University Counseling Center with the overall management, personnel, and operational functions; responsible for directing the daily operations of the University Counseling Center in the Directors' absence; provides mental health services including individual/group counseling, crisis management, consultation, training, supervision, outreach and adjunctive services, Assists in the clinical supervision of staff and services. Responsibilities

50% Provide direct clinical services to students. This includes group/individual counseling, crisis management, and adjunctive services

15% Supervision of mental health professionals on staff and student graduate interns

15% Provision of clinical consultation to mental health professionals on staff and crisis management leadership

10% Coordination of various programs at the Center

5% Outreach and Training

5% Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Required: Master's degree in mental health field
Ability to be fully licensed in the state of Wisconsin within the first year of employment
Minimum of 7 years of provision of direct counseling services
Demonstrated multicultural competence and commitment to inclusive excellence
Minimum of 2 years of direct supervision of mental health professionals
Experience providing crisis management services Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist
10 years or more of provision of direct counseling services
5 years or more of direct supervision of mental health professionals
Experience in a University Counseling Center To Apply:
