Director of Collegiate Experience
The director of collegiate experience (DCE) supervises the collegiate experience department staff and organizational workflow including training and development for collegians, advisors and national leadership team members, chapter management and operations and the leadership development consultant (LDC) program. Responsibilities include training and supervision of the collegiate experience and training and development staff and oversight of the Leadership Development Consultant program. The DCE collaborates with collegiate National Leadership Team (NLT), local advisors and campus-based professionals. Under the guidance of the National Council, this position is responsible for policy development and implementation of risk prevention and education. The DCE oversees staff, collegiate and volunteer training. The position is based fulltime at the headquarters office in Memphis, Tennessee, and reports to the executive director. Remote employment will not be considered.
