Salary schedule for Jones College based on education and experience

J​OB DESCRIPTION:              

Directing and conducting various choral groups, assisting in departmental and campus concerts and events, traveling with students for concerts and events, instructing in a variety of music courses, including but not limited to music appreciation.  Private voice instruction may be necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:​

The applicant shall have graduated from an accredited college or university and hold at minimum a master’s degree in music (Choral) with 18 graduate hours in area of instruction.

 

The applicant shall be able to demonstrate mastery of online instruction.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

Applicants with a minimum of three (3) years college teaching experience and a doctorate in music (Choral) will be given preference. 

Private studio voice experience preferred.
