Job Description:

Fairfield University is currently seeking qualified applicants a full – time Director of Women’s Basketball Operations. Fairfield Athletics is committed to providing a championship caliber experience to its student-athletes in all aspects of their education; competitively, academically, and in the community. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Operations will assist the head coach with all aspects of a competitive Division I program as allowed by NCAA rules; including: managing team travel, overseeing video exchange, coordinating community team activities, and helping to maintain an atmosphere of compliance with NCAA, MAAC and institutional regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required and Master’s preferred. Collegiate coaching experience and collegiate playing experience preferred.
