Position Summary:
A UTC Senior Programmer/Analyst leads the Training Resource Center (TRC) users in identifying problems, finding solutions, developing code and distributing useful resources to solve current and potential informational challenges through analysis, expert knowledge of data, software and languages, research of best practices and excellent customer service to facilitate easy and productive business practices for the TRC Project.


Minimum Education:
Certification or graduation from a four (4) year college or university


Minimum Experience:
Three years of programming experience is required. Candidates must have proven skills working with a majority of the following: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, C#/.NET, PHP, SQL, GitHub or another version control repository. Extensive training and on the job experience programming using above as well as related computer software and programming languages.
A command of web programming technologies.
Requires the ability to gather, organize and analyze data in the completion of daily procedures and provide leadership and oversight to solve non-routine problems.

Implement and develop front end security practices, as well as integrate with backend security protocols.
Work with end-user to identify user needs and requirements, as well as determine and communicate request feasibility and implications (Technical Burden).
