The Gift and Data Processor reports to the Assistant Director, Gift Services and Systems and will process gifts received from individual donors, corporations and third-party vendors, as well as Development Officers, The Northeastern Annual Fund, Corporations and Foundations, Athletics, the Library, and other areas of the university that raise funds. This position also creates new records and maintains existing biographical records for alumni, students, parents, friends, staff, faculty, corporations, and charitable foundations by researching, reviewing, and entering information into the Advancement databases.

A high school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred. Minimum of two to four years of gift processing experience required. Proficient knowledge of the Banner database preferred. Strong computer skills and excellent data entry skills. Must be detail-oriented and must be responsible to ensure the accuracy of gift processing and data entry. Strong organizational and information management skills with a commitment to quality. Must possess strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to assess workload, delegate assignments, and oversee the work of others. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team and interact with diverse populations. Must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in working in a fast paced environment.
