Ferrum College is seeking applications for the tenure-track faculty position of Assistant/Associate Professor of Biology beginning in the 2021-2022 academic year. The successful applicant will possess Ph.D. in biology focusing on microbiology, molecular biology and/or genetics or human anatomy and physiology, immunology, and nutrition. The successful applicant will teach introductory courses and biology courses at all levels related to the academic specialty and advise students in biology and the pre-professional health sciences.

Experience in online instruction and course development and supervision of undergraduate student research is preferred. Salary and rank will depend on qualifications and experience.
