About Our Position
Operating in an inclusive culture, you will work with a team tasked with recruitment, position compensation, classification and civil service list management for our university.

In this role, you will:
• Implement annual negotiated increases
• Examine and align position descriptions with salary range and titles
• Score civil service examinations and manage civil service lists
• Post vacancy announcements
• Serve on search teams

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.

Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrated experience of working well and communicating with others, evaluating information, problem solving, and attention to detail is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications: Degree or experience working within an analytical environment is preferable.
