Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Division of Kinesiology of the School of Public Health (Ref.: 503745), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in exercise science, sports science, kinesiology, public health, or a relevant discipline, with a strong background in physical activity and health. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and a demonstrated record of publishing academic research papers. They should be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team. Experience in randomized controlled trial and meta-analysis will be an advantage. Relevant research experience in exercise and child health is desirable. The appointee will participate in an interdisciplinary research programme on exercise and health, including physical activity intervention in children and adults. He/She will oversee literature reviews, collect and analyse data, prepare manuscripts and reports, liaise with external parties, mentor junior research staff, and perform other research-related duties as assigned.
