The Department of Organizational Leadership at Purdue University Fort Wayne (https://www.pfw.edu/ol) seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor with a primary specialization in leadership, and potentially secondary specialization in organizational behavior effective August 16, 2021 for the 2021-22 academic year to teach primarily undergraduate leadership and organizational behavior classes. Classes taught to potentially include Introduction to Organizational Behavior, Applied Leadership, Leadership Process, Conference Leadership (facilitation and running meetings), Research Methods, and others that fit with discipline of applicant.

 

PhD preferred, Master’s or MBA required in leadership, organizational behavior, industrial/organizational psychology or related field. Prior college level teaching experience and /or relevant work experience preferred Position is contingent upon available funding and satisfactory background check.

 

The Department of Organizational Leadership is a multi-disciplinary department that brings together scholars and teachers of leadership, organizational behavior, human resources, human resource development and I-O Psychology.   We offer innovative degrees at the associates, bachelor’s, and master’s levels that prepare students for a wide variety of leadership roles and positions in human resource management.
