Salary: $15.83 per hour

This a part-time position in MVCC's Educational Technologies office that requires weekend and evening shifts.

MVCC is looking for exceptional colleagues. We seek candidates with: an understanding of the college mission and teaching experience in a comprehensive community college; a focus on student success in a learner-centered environment; and a willingness to use technology to support learning in the academic setting, including on-line instruction and assessment of student learning outcomes.

The position will provide training to assist faculty, staff and students in the use of distance learning technology including but not limited to hardware and software (Blackboard, web conferencing, PC hardware, etc.).


Associates’ degree in appropriate field and a minimum of one (1) year related experience, required. Advanced technical writing and editing skills, effective oral communication, interpersonal skills, advanced critical thinking, analysis, and synthesis skills, required.

Experience in online learning, preferred.
