Position Summary
The Executive and Professional MBA Programs in the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia seek qualified applicants for their Director of Executive and Professional MBA Programs, with an expected start date of July 1, 2021.
The Candidate will lead and represent the Atlanta-based Terry MBA Programs, which are housed at the Terry Executive Education Center in Buckhead. The Candidate will oversee all strategic, operational, logistical, and external aspects of the Programs, including managing personnel and the Program budgets. The Candidate will serve as the main interface between students, faculty, staff, alumni, the Terry College, the University of Georgia, and the business community to assure high-quality programs and rewarding learning environments. This position will hold a faculty rank as a non-tenure-track Lecturer. Internal applicants may be eligible to retain rank on appointment.
Additional Requirements
Candidates should have an appropriate terminal degree (e.g., JD or PhD) or Master’s degree in their field. Candidates without a terminal degree must document exceptional accomplishments in related business and leadership positions and must be approved for a terminal degree exception before hire.

Candidates will be expected to teach courses in the Programs and should have a background that includes managing teams and a familiarity with the MBA marketplace.
