Executive Director - Administrative Shared Services Center
Develops and manages strategies to consolidate standard human resources, finance, and information technology transactional activities in a shared services environment.
This position will lead a new shared services unit at Georgia Tech, called the Administrative Services Center (ASC), which will be responsible for executing the provision of selected administrative services to units across the campus. The ASC will consolidate standard human resources, finance, and information technology transactional activities occurring across the campus into a standalone organization focused on delivering support for academic, research, and administrative units in a coordinated, consistent, and customer-oriented manner. The overall transformation effort contributes to advancing Georgia Tech’s strategic goal “leading by example.” By transforming the way administrative services are delivered at Georgia Tech, we envision that administrative services structures, processes, and systems will efficiently and effectively enable our students, faculty, and staff to maintain a focus on our core Institute mission: to develop leaders who advance technology and improve the human condition.
