The Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware invites applications for a continuing-track (non-tenure) position in Accounting at the Instructor, to begin Fall 2021.  The position requires the candidate to possess a Masters’ degree and CPA for appointment at Instructor rank. At the Instructor rank, recent relevant professional experience (ideally at a Big 4, similar firm or corporation, or regulator) is expected. Successful candidates will demonstrate the drive and vision to develop an innovative, cutting-edge instructional program, with the ability to incorporate analytics into their courses. Candidates are further expected to maintain AACSB faculty qualification standards with professional activities outside of the classroom.  

The Department of Accounting and Management Information Systems offers Bachelors’ and Masters’ degrees in Accounting and in Management Information Systems and several joint degrees, partnering with both the College of Engineering and the College's MBA programs.
