Assistant Professor of Chemistry for Lebanon Valley College to work at our Annville, PA loc. Some telecommuting involved. Responsible for a standard course load in Inorganic Chemistry as assigned by chair of department of chemistry to teach academic courses in undergrad program. Meet faculty evaluation requirements as listed in the faculty policies manual. Implement and document departmental level learning outcomes assessments as assigned. Contribute to maintaining program accreditation requirements and reporting. Advise undergrad Chem students and mentor students in the summer research program. Develop a successful research program, one in which students are engaged and mentored year-round; additional undergraduate advising required. Conduct all duties and responsibilities in a safe manner in compliance with LVC policies and procedures. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned by department chair. Will undergo background checks. Must have Ph.D. (ABD) in Chemistry and 9 months (1 academic year) exp or experience  teaching at least 2 undergrad chemistry lecture and laboratory courses.
