Provide administrative support to the Directors and the Museum staff with minimal direction; coordinate and administratively support Museum events; coordinate Membership Program; assist with digital communications and programs; assist with rights and reproductions for museum publications; maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Education/Skills Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required. Also required: strong interpersonal skills including excellent customer service and the ability to work as a positive member of a team; excellent computer skills, including high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook calendar and email, as well as a willingness to learn new software; ability to work independently within the scope of Museum policies; superior organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Generally, M- F, 8:30 – 5:00 pm.
