The Director will also collaborate with other members of the Associate Dean's senior staff, including the Director of Advising, the Director of the Career Enrichment Network, and the College's Academic Recovery Specialist. The Director will be responsible for managing the Chaiken Center for Student Success budget.

In addition, the Director will provide leadership and support for equity and inclusion and serve as a strong advocate for student success initiatives as a part of ensuring access and affordability in public higher education.
