Program Specialist - Part-Time

Salary: $14.00 per hour

The Program Specialist - Part-Time is responsible for assisting in meeting the CCED mission by providing support in the development and delivery of community and workforce development programming including creating reports to tracking program results.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to coordinators in course development and implementation;
  • Develops comprehensive program reports to monitor, analyze and track registrations, sales and statistics;
  • Maintains customer databases;
  • Prepares third-party subcontracts and instructor contracts;
  • Prepares third-party invoices and instructor payroll authorizations;
  • Coordinates room assignments and bookings;
  • Handles student registrations and interacts with customers daily;
  • Coordinates with students, staff, and outside entities to resolve student account, space and other related issues as they arise; and
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


Associate’s degree and two years of related experience including demonstrated success in providing quality customer service required. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, computer skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office required. The ability to be adaptable during difficult situations and problem-solve quickly are required. Must enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Familiarity with ARGOS and/or Banner preferred.
