Job Description:

The Department of Management and Business & IT invites applications for two full-time temporary faculty positions in Management for fall 2021. The department is specifically seeking candidates with expertise in the areas of Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Organizational Behavior and Business Information Technology.

Responsibilities include a teaching load of three four-credit courses per semester, student advising, and service to the University community. A strong commitment to teaching excellence is expected.



Job Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA or Masters in a related field is required
  • Experience with or a demonstrated willingness to participate in teaching, mentoring, research, or service activities that promote the growth of an equitable, diverse, and inclusive academic environment.
  • Ability to teach Management courses in the areas of Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Introduction to Business Systems and Organizational Behavior


Additional Information:

This is a full-time, exempt, benefits-eligible position in the Massachusetts State College Association (MSCA) bargaining unit at the rank of Assistant Professor. Salary commensurate with experience in accordance with Appendix O of the MSCA contract (http://mscaunion.org/day-and-dgce-contracts/).
