POSITION SUMMARY : Assess and treat individuals with mental illnesses or substance abuse problems. Such services include individual and group therapy, outreach, crisis intervention, social rehabilitation and teaching skills for everyday living for patients of all ages (children, adolescents, adult and geriatric issues) in a behavioral health environment. Provide healthcare services consistent with state law and the requirements of the professional licensing or certification authority and/or hospital privileges, where applicable. Such service may include, but are not limited to
Minimum Qualifications:
Licensing or certification at the following levels:
Licensed Psychologist, OR
Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW), OR
Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), OR
LPC or Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), OR
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
NOTE : Non-independently licensed therapists must obtain their independent licensure within 3 years of employment
